Free for personal trading (one person, their own account, their own capital) and for noncommercial use other than investment management. An account a proprietary-trading firm or funded-trader program provides or allocates, including a challenge, evaluation or simulated account, is not the trader’s own: its capital, real or simulated, is investment capital, so trading it or backtesting strategies for it is Commercial Use. The engine it compiles for is Apache-2.0.
